In 1981, Mr. Raghavan co-founded software major Infosys Technologies (Infy), which currently has revenues in excess of $ 550 Million. Mr Raghavan is currently a Board Member of ABB and non executive Director in the Murugappa Corporate Board besides being the founding chairman of N.S.Raghavan Center for Entrepreneurial Learning, Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and founder trustee of Foundation for Action, Motivation & Empowerment, an Indian NGO focused on mentally challenged. Mr Raghavan is also the first trustee of Viksit Bharat Foundation headed by Dr Kurien.
